How do I stop or modify the automatic email notifications from the discussion boards?

To turn off or modify the email notifications you receive from our Discussion Boards, start by visiting your discussion board profile:

1. If you are logged in, you can access your profile from this page. To know if you are logged in, look at the top right corner of this page. If you added a profile photo you will see that, if you have not yet added a photo you will see a circle silhouette of a person. If you are not logged in, visit your Road Scholar online account, click on your program in your Upcoming Trips and click on your Discussion Board link. At the very top of the page on the right, click on your profile avatar. The avatar will either be your profile photo if you added one or a circle silhouette of a person if you did not add a profile photo.
2. Once you click on the profile avatar, select ‘My Discussion Board Settings’ from the menu. 
3. Directly under ‘Settings’ is a menu with three options going across the top of the page. Select the option on the right called ‘Notifications.’
4. Once you are on the ‘Notifications’ page, the first two options on the page are ‘Activity from subscriptions.’ Here you can uncheck the boxes to stop email notifications from replies added to posts and forums you’re subscribed to.
