we are flying out on the 7th-just couldn't risk trying to fly there on the 8th-gives a bit more freedom if our flight from Albany goes wrong

Sounds like we have 2 "Rogers " going on the 8th. We look forward to meeting you all. It is going to be an adventure that is for sure.

We are staying at the Quality Inn & Suites night of the 7th in Los Angeles(transportation to airport and a good breakfast-we have stayed there before) to relax. Hard to believe that after a 15 hour flight we have to take a 3 hr flight to get to Auckland-I know I will be exhausted.

This is my first RD trip, but have been to 30 countries over the years. Excited to be off again. Going solo.

Husband and i are on the March 8th trip--our first Road Scholar trip! I'm excited to meet everyone. We're coming from Portland, Oregon and made our own travel arrangements. Evelyn

Straight from JFK. I assume not stopping IN LA. My ticket doesn't show stop. Going solo? From where? Can't wait.

wife & I going from LA . Just found out that there may be some concern on Hepatitus A vaccination might have been good to get(however it takes 2 shots over 6 months to be effective) I wish Road Scholar had said something when I booked us.

Are you leaving from LA on the 8th and as you are going out early where are you staying in LA( Barb & I are staying at Comfort Suites

4 going on the March 29 out of JFK (NY). For two of us this is our 2nd RS Tour. Loved the first one, Riverboat cruise from Amsterdam, Holland to Budapest, Hungary. Looking forward to meeting everyone in our tour group.

Are you going through LA? we are on March 8th flight also out of LA-we are going day early to make sure we don't miss flight on the 8th(Roger & Barb).
