Before and after Program Travel

I am planning to arrive in Berlin and few days earlier and stay in Krakow a few days later to see sites not covered by the tour. Is anyone else planning to do this?

Check out this site as well www.berlin-greeter.org/.../. On this forum you can search for Global Greeter and get more info. I have used them in the US and love them. It is free and you are their only guest. Didn't see Krakow in the list but Berlin is a member. May be a fun way to see something different on your trip.
