The Best of Ireland. A week in the emerald isle 9/9/20 to 9/17/20

I'm not on this tour but I have visited Ireland with another company.

My first suggestion is to have a waterproof (not water resistant) jacket with a hood! Looking at the itinerary I see you visit a sheep farm so you may need waterproof shoes for that venture. If you don't have waterproof shoes I'd go with closed toe athletic shoes (you'll probably encounter some sheep poo, lol). I travel light but I usually take an extra pair of shoes in case my main pair gets wet and doesn't dry overnight. I hope you have a sheepdog demo - they are so cool!

I am going on this trip in May, so will try to remember to comment when I get back as to what type of shoes, coats etc. I used in May.

Best to check weather a week out as well. Occasionally the UK experiences heat waves. You may want to be prepared for some warm weather as well summer into early fall. Always prepare for rain as others have mentioned.
