I can tell you are upset but TBH, RS doesn't put much effort into this forum. They have one staffer (at this time someone posting as Rachel) who seems to only check the forum a few times a week at most and certainly not over a weekend. Her responses are generally short and generally seem to quote the RS website. It does not seem like they have given her much influence or power to get anything done even if she wants to. This has been consistent over the last year+ that I've been reading the discussions and posting here. Sometimes it's days and days between staff posts even when there is something they could address.

I am not sure who in Road Scholar administration you are hoping will read your multiple posts about the Coronavirus but so far the only ones seeing them are the handful of us participants who routinely check this discussion forum.

I'm not minimizing your concerns, just wondering if this is the best venue for you.
