How can anyone know what the situation will be like in the Fall? It's evolving so quickly day-to-day that all the tour companies including Road Scholar are scrambling to keep up.

I'd take a look at your dates for cancelling or changing and mark them on your calendar and make a decision closer to the time. Your final payment isn't due until August so all you've got now is the down payment.
