Panama City - Things to do after the Grit and Glory Program

I'm interested in other things to do from Panama City after the Grit and Glory Program.  Can one get to the kayak tour at Gamboa from Panama City?

    Any luck? I didn't find the agency that helpful, they sent me some travel info and told me to get flights/rooms online. I'm leaving this weekend, sorry I didn't see this earlier. I was probably on the wrong area.
