Can anyone describe the 2 cultural performances what were included in your program Beyond Red Square and In-Depth Exploration of Western Russia?

    On our trip this past spring, we saw the Tchaikovsky opera "The Queen of Spades" at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, and the Tchaikovsky ballet "Sleeping Beauty" at the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg. Our tour leader and guides not only spoke very good to excellent English, but were amazingly well-equipped to answer just about any historical, art-historical, or cultural question we put to them. I was quite impressed.
