Trip cancellation

Is this trip likely to be cancelled? My husband is 76 and has Parkinsons. He is in good health otherwise.

  • We are meeting daily and continue to evaluate programs but no decision has been made regarding trips beyond April. Should your program be impacted, we would notify you immediately. Thanks for your patience during these unusual times. Best regards, Claire
  • What does it mean if a trip in May no longer shows up in my upcoming trips?
  • When that happens to me RS has cancelled either the program or the dates for your program. I would call them.
Check before you call to see if another date works. RS will transfer everything, sans insurance, to new date.
Check with RS to ensure they are contacting AON to cancel your existing Optional Trip Insurance.
You will then have to re-apply for the Optional Trip Insurance for the new program.
The refund for the first insurance policy from AON takes a while. Make sure to track refund and if it does not show up in two weeks, call AON, not RS to check on refund status. AON can take a while to refund and given the current situation it could take longer.
