trouble paying?

Has anyone else had trouble paying? My due date is August 11 for payment. I tried to pay online last Friday, but it looked to be processing and then didn't. My account has not been charged. On the phone, I've been on hold for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and now again for 30 minutes. The chat informed me it was unavailable. The email informed me it would reply in 3-4 days.

  • I had the reverse problem. I was double charged $9198 and as of seven days I hadn't received a refund. Two afternoons with the call center did nothing. None of the 3 reps knew how to contact accounting. Finally I emailed the CFO (I got his name off the website and guessed how to construct an email address). I emailed every name I could find on the website and guess what I finally got a call in an hour. Not from the CFO, but a supervisor who was able to contact accounting and process my refund.
