How do I tell RS that I am ready for them to book my international flights? I do not find a menu on-line to do this.

We will be arranging your flights. This is confirmed in the enrollment confirmation email sent within 24 hours of paying the deposit, in the 'Your Details' section.
Once flight arrangements are set up, an email with the subject "Your Flight Itinerary is Ready for Review" will be sent. Upon receipt, please review the flights and respond to that email if changes are needed.

I informed you that I am miking my own flight arrangements - That is done. We will arrive on July 1 and stay in the same hotel as our reservations for the trip on July 3-9.
