I am not happy with the service I am getting from you. I have booked a trip to Catania Nov. 4, 2022. The flights were booked back in January. I was not happy with all the connections and have been trying to talk to someone so the flights can be changed. I called after receiving the January email and was told to wait until Feb. because the airlines have not completely finalized their schedules. Suddenly, in Feb. I received an email from Road Scholar telling me that everything was resolved with that phone call in Jan. obviously they did not read the notes that were put into the file. I have tried talking to the department that schedules flights since that email. Since that department is only open 5 hours a day I can't get through. I can't sit home all day waiting for a phone call. It is very concerning that if there is a serious problem with a trip no one will be available to resolve it. Emails responses from Road Scholar that are sent weeks later are not sufficient and are not resolving the issue.
