I received my flight schedule and the email said to call if I have any issues. The travel department is short staffed. I have been waiting hours and no call back. The hours are ridiculous 10-3 and when I tried calling againg the recording at 2:30 stated closing early to call back the next day. I am wondering what happens when you are overseas and no one answers. I have traveled with RS for six years and this is not the same company.
I'll tell you what happens when you are overseas and there is a problem...as this just happened to 2 people on my tour which ended yesterday. They called on Sunday and one got the emergency medical coordinator who was not able to intervene in the problems of the program at all and the other person had to leave a message. No return call.
So no support from the main office if there are issues.
