Is it difficult to travel abroad while maintaining a gluten-free diet? Do you have any tips you could share?
I don't need a gluten-free diet but I have a different restriction. Road Scholar has always been incredible in taking care of dietary concerns. A fellow traveler in Italy was allergic to tomatoes and Road Scholar made sure that there was a really good alternative for her at every sit-down, pre-arranged meal. As long as you let them know, they will take care of your concerns or restrictions. Eating is one of the most important aspects of travel, to me at least, so you should not have to worry about it.
