Can't join Trip Discussion from Upcoming Programs page

There is a link on bottom left "Trip Discussion".  It brings me to a login page.  I log on and then I get the following error message:

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

  • Approaching the one year anniversary of this thread! Having a forum for individual instances of trips would be nice, but if it's beyond the capacities of the RS web designers, maybe just remove the option so as not to cause further confusion and frustration?

I agree. The old forum was not restricted to people signed up for the program (If I remember correctly). It allowed on the program page to look for discussion and ask questions of prior participants. It helped with deciding which trip to take. I found that helpful on more than once. Now these discussions are lost in a sea of threads.

I got an email saying you had added me to the board but the links still don't work. Apparently I am not alone.
  • In reply to Road Scholar:

Whatever you mean by "adding you as members" is NOT working!

    Hi rosannedb082800,
Thank you for contacting us about the discussion board for your upcoming program.
You are actually already a member of the discussion board for your trip. Please follow these steps to access it now --
    1. Log into your Road Scholar online account.
    2. Click on your username at the top of the page then from the drop down menu select "Upcoming Trips".
    3. Your Trip Card will appear. On that Trip Card is a blue link that says "Trip Discussion". Click it then your discussion board will appear.
We hope you have a wonderful time on your adventure!
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    All the best,
    Your Friends at Road Scholar
  • Hello fellow travelers to Greece. If you use this link you can actually connect with the rest of us. Thanks to my son for his persistence in getting us access to each other.

Hi. I don’t think the Greece trip discussion board is functioning yet.
