Unable to access "Personal Information" and "Your Preferences" in my RS account

I am taking Winter in Portugal: The Colorful Island Culture of  Madeira in February.  I log onto my Road Scholar account but am totally unable to "Provide Personal Information" or "Indicate Your Preferences."  When I click on those links, I get the message "You've hit a bump in the road".  I have been trying to indicate my food restrictions, bed preference, and other information for two weeks now (ever since you did away with your Participant Information Form).  Have tried on 3 different devices (my laptop, my iPad, and my iPod) and keep getting the message "You've hit a bump in the road' on each one.  If you cannot get this problem fixed, please send me a paper copy of the old Participant Information Form so that I can fill in my necessary requirements.

    Have you tried using Firefox or Chrome? Better yet, call them.

    Yes, I have Chrome on my laptop. And I called them 3 times about this problem, as recently as yesterday. So far nothing but nothing is working in regard to this matter.
