Unable to access "Personal Information" and "Your Preferences" in my RS account

I am taking Winter in Portugal: The Colorful Island Culture of  Madeira in February.  I log onto my Road Scholar account but am totally unable to "Provide Personal Information" or "Indicate Your Preferences."  When I click on those links, I get the message "You've hit a bump in the road".  I have been trying to indicate my food restrictions, bed preference, and other information for two weeks now (ever since you did away with your Participant Information Form).  Have tried on 3 different devices (my laptop, my iPad, and my iPod) and keep getting the message "You've hit a bump in the road' on each one.  If you cannot get this problem fixed, please send me a paper copy of the old Participant Information Form so that I can fill in my necessary requirements.

Me too! When I go to "My Account->Personal Information" the page comes up but it is covered by the gray film with the rotating semicircle "loading" sign -- and that never goes away.

I have tried in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. I have cleared the cache on Firefox and rebooted. I can see there is outdated info in there, but I can't get to it to change it.

I should add, Firefox/Chrome/Safari were on a Macbook, and I have just tried to access Personal Information from Chrome on a Chromebook -- same issue, the page never finishes loading (or whatever it thinks it is doing when the semicircle spinner is up).

More than a month since it’s been reported to Road Scholar, the Personal Info and Preference forms are still not working for me either even though Road Scholar tech is aware of it and is supposedly working on it.  Methinks they need to pay some web professionals to get this issue sorted out properly.  For my upcoming Winter in Madeira program I had to fill out a paper form and I’m beginning to wonder if I will have to do that for the 7 other RS programs in which I am registered for this year.  I don’t know if this is happening with everybody, but I feel like some kind of stepchild even though I have taken over 100 RS programs.

    > they need to pay some web professionals...

Amen! And maybe those pros could fix the slow response time, where every page takes 4-8 seconds to load.

I finally talked with someone in tech support and they fixed my account. It took a few emails and telephone calls. Once fixed the changes showed across multiple programs.

My remaining outstanding issue is seeing the wrong details for my trip on the MY ACCOUNT page. Showing different hotels and daily details for the dates I am attending. I have to go to the none specific page where I signed up, pick my dates from the drop down and then the proper information is displayed.

I do feel like a beta test site for new website releases. Maybe they should try out the new releases on a few volunteers, who use the wesbite as customers. It may shake out the bugs before they becomes a problem for all.

Makes me wonder if these tech problems are somehow resulting in low enrollment for a number of their programs. I was registered for 11 programs for this year. Three have already been cancelled (Landscapes and Cultures of the Gulf Coast for late March; Hiking Gran Canaria for late April; and London: The Story of a City for August). The first one isn't being offered again; the other two I have transferred to 2021 departures for the same program (the August 2020 departure of the London program was cancelled due to "scheduling issues" as opposed to low enrollment). I have 8 remaining programs this year and I expect at least 2 more to be cancelled as well (one for which I already have my round-trip flight ticket). I recently registered for a brand new program to Trinidad and Tobago for early next year. The dates on my account page are fine, but the welcome email I received for the program under "Here are Your Travel Details" says my program starts on December 30, 1899 at the Kapok Hotel - Boutique Hotel in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Time travel anyone?

hmmmm. I have had 3 programs canceled in the last 2 years. I too am waiting to see if my 10/2020 program gets canceled. I was told that this is very rare but seems to be not so rare in reading other posts. Sadly these frequency of cancellations could also be affecting future enrollments. I know I have started looking at other companies for travel.
