Unable to access "Personal Information" and "Your Preferences" in my RS account

I am taking Winter in Portugal: The Colorful Island Culture of  Madeira in February.  I log onto my Road Scholar account but am totally unable to "Provide Personal Information" or "Indicate Your Preferences."  When I click on those links, I get the message "You've hit a bump in the road".  I have been trying to indicate my food restrictions, bed preference, and other information for two weeks now (ever since you did away with your Participant Information Form).  Have tried on 3 different devices (my laptop, my iPad, and my iPod) and keep getting the message "You've hit a bump in the road' on each one.  If you cannot get this problem fixed, please send me a paper copy of the old Participant Information Form so that I can fill in my necessary requirements.

    I too was having trouble accessing my information. I called RS and left a message. It was returned the next day by Sebastian. While I normally use Safari, he had me try Firefox and I was able to get into my account. That was yesterday (Feb. 4). Today, I tried accessing through Safari, as it's my preferred search engine and had no problems. So glad all is fixed.

    I am still not able to access using Google Chrome. I now keep two browsers. Chrome and Internet Explorer so I can access my RS account.

    Not able to access my information in either Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. All three give me Bump in the Road. I give up. I am done wasting my time with amateurs, dabblers, and keystone cops.
