I am taking Winter in Portugal: The Colorful Island Culture of Madeira in February. I log onto my Road Scholar account but am totally unable to "Provide Personal Information" or "Indicate Your Preferences." When I click on those links, I get the message "You've hit a bump in the road". I have been trying to indicate my food restrictions, bed preference, and other information for two weeks now (ever since you did away with your Participant Information Form). Have tried on 3 different devices (my laptop, my iPad, and my iPod) and keep getting the message "You've hit a bump in the road' on each one. If you cannot get this problem fixed, please send me a paper copy of the old Participant Information Form so that I can fill in my necessary requirements.

Glad that worked. Oddly on my iPad mini, running 13.3, shows only 9 programs. There must be a setting somewhere that needs to be reset. Just got the iPad so can call Apple tech support.
I am also getting Bump In The Road again. There has to be a setting in the program that is not being cleared if you are a heavy user of the website. The error comes and goes.
Oddly enough my iPad, lastest device, IOS 13.3 was only returning 9 as well. There is a permanent setting on Safari REQUEST DESKTOP WEBSITE. When I turned that on it returned all the programs for COLLECTIONS. www.macrumors.com/.../
Chrome does not have a permanent setting. When you open site and it returns limited content, you have to select the three dots on upper right of screen, scroll down to Request Desktop Site and all programs will show.
For all other browsers, https://www.techbout.com/request-desktop-version-website-android-phone-17720/
Re Bump In The Road: Lenovo Laptop running Windows 10 Home: Chrome still gets error, Internet Explorer works, Safari loops back to login iPad running IOS 13.3 Chrome works, Internet Explorer (not available on IOS), Safari works
I just purchased a new iPad OS 13.3. The problem with Road Scholar Collections showing only the first 9 programs in any given category is resolved. It is showing ALL programs on my brand new iPad (which I checked out in the Apple Store before I left), my 3-week old iPod, and my old Toshiba laptop (which runs on Chrome). However, when I log into my Road Scholar account, I still cannot access the Personal Information form or Preferences on any of these devices. Coincidentally, 5 minutes after I returned home from the Apple Store, a representative from Road Scholar called me. She is aware of the Bump in the Road problem and said that other Road Scholars are reporting the same. She said that Road Scholar’s Tech department is working on it, but she cannot give me a timeframe as to when it will be fixed. She said she will let me know when it is. I will post on this forum as soon as I am able to access my Personal Information and Preferences. In the meantime I will not hold my breadth. This is a classic example of something that was rolled out before it was ready for prime time.
