I don't need to browse. I need to access information about an upcoming (soon!) trip, but that page doesn't load on Safari, and Chrome reports a 502 bad gateway error.

Yes kpittman040408, unfortunately the website was down again this morning but is back up and running as usual now so you should be able to get on and check out your information for your upcoming trip.
