Name Tag Holders

I must have seven name tag holders.  To help save money, perhaps RS can ask participants if they need a new one rather than automatically sending one with each information packet.

  • I think that's a great idea!
  • i have quite a few myself, and would love to figure out how to stop getting them.
  • I hand mine in to group leader when I get to location. Also I never use the ear piece for the audible. I turn those in as well. I prefer the earbuds from my iPhone.

Great idea! Why didn't I think of that. I'll do this on our programs in April and September. I'll use one out of my drawer for airport identification and hand in the new unused one. But it would save RS a lot of postage if they asked participants if they need a new name tag. I have a drawer full of them.
  • Don't worry about nickle-and-dime issues. It would cost RS far more to set up a system to manage this that they spend on these cheap name-tag holders.
  • I find different uses for my extra name tag holders. One make a convenient holder for my European sim (stored in a toothpick holder) and the instructions I need to swap sims back and forth. Easy to pack; easy to find. Use them to pack different currencies if your trip takes you to countries with assorted monetary systems.

Maybe it can added as a question on the PIF.
