Your post made me look back to see if I could find the last time RS answered a question of which there have been many.  Went back a month and all I could find were the posts starting forums for Online programs.  Does no one from the office ever look to see if anyone posts on those?

There are occasional comments from RS staff on the 2 Road Scholar Facebook pages I'm on but they do not post regularly and I suspect a moderator contacted the RS staff members regarding the issues at hand which caused them to post.

So...to answer your question, I think the forum has been abandoned perhaps due to lack of staff or perhaps other reasons.They have not even removed the spam posts that I've used the "feedback" button to report.
