I know the pandemic backed up processing for refunds of Insurance but I just went thru my last 3 canceled programs.
If you have not received reimbursement for your AON travel insurance I would call them.
One program was canceled on 6/14/2020 for dates of travel 10/2020. I just got reimbursed on 10/21/2020. AON is processing by date of travel, not notification on cancel.
Two programs canceled on 8/13/2020 for travel 3/2021 were never submitted by RoadScholar for cancellation. I had to call AON to cancel my own insurance. Should get that money back in 6-8 weeks.
