Road Scholar changed their terms and won't refund my deposit

I had put a $100 deposit on the April trip to the French Quarter Music Festival 2022.   The requirement at the time was to be vaccinated.  I recently received an update email indicating that Road Scholar was now requiring a BOOSTER in order to attend a trip.  I do not want to take any more injections and so am willing to cancel my trip.  Since it is Road Scholar that changed the terms I believe they owe me the $100.  Otherwise I was perfectly willing to go on the trip according to the original terms.

This morning I received two phone calls indicating that I would receive my $100.  This afternoon I receive an email indicating they are keeping my $100 as a cancellation penalty.  I did not ask for a change in terms.  I cannot be forced to take a shot or lose money.  I don't want to make a big deal of it, but I will if I do not receive an email indicating that I am receiving the $100.

I am very disappointed at the disorganization at Road Scholar over this matter.  This booster is NOT a government requirement nor a CDC requirement.  It is an arbitrary rule devised by Road Scholar.  Therefore, I want my money.
