So was your post on the Getting to your Program section of the General Discussion forum deleted?

Which cruise were you on?  Did you feel $500/person was adequate compensation? When did your cruise end? 

I'll just say that I had a disaster of a program in May and received the refund they offered me about 2 weeks to the day of the conversation I had with the RS person who contacted me about my poor review.
